Community Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Care & Support worker to work in the community. You will be providing exceptional person-centred care & support to people in their own home. Some visits will be working alone and some as a double.
To be considered for this role you must have right to work in the UK and at least 6 month previous UK care experience. You will also need your own transport and a full UK driving license. **We are not offering sponsorship**
You will be providing care & support to people in their own homes, enabling them be as independent as possible and do the things they enjoy each day. Assist with moving & handling where required, perform basic household tasks, offer companionship and administer medication as well as assisting with personal care.
**Must have own transport**
Shifts available daily between 6-12 hours per day
