This Lexcel and CQS accredited firm are now seeking a further Company Commercial Solicitor to join their 7 strong team. The firm has experienced significant growth in its corporate and commercial work over the past few years and are looking for an individual to take on a high quality caseload within the department. This is a standout opportunity for an ambitious, forward thinking individual looking to take the step up. About The Role You will be handling a wide range of company commercial work, including company share sales and purchases, business asset sales and purchases, company buyback of shares, share issues and employee share option schemes, company administration and reorganisations, drafting of general commercial contracts, partnership, shareholder and LLP agreements. You will be supported by the team secretary and the team paralegal and will have access to the firm s professional support lawyer. Candidate Requirements They are interested in seeing the CV s of individuals with at least 2-4 years PQE, good business judgment and strong interpersonal skills. You will need to show strong financial and commercial awareness, recognise the importance and have the appetite for business development and ideally have a following, however a following is not essential.
