SF Recruitment has partnered with a well-established blue collar business based in Birmingham to find an experienced Compensation and Benefits Advisor. This key role involves overseeing the total compensation and benefits package, ensuring alignment with the company's strategy and business goals. You will be responsible for job evaluations, designing and managing local compensation programs and processes, providing analysis and advice, and managing the annual compensation process.

Key Responsibilities:
- Total Compensation and Benefits Management:
- Ensure the compensation and benefits package aligns with company strategy and business goals.
- Job Evaluations and Analysis:
- Conduct job evaluations, prepare job descriptions, perform job analyses, and manage job classifications.
- Utilise knowledge of benchmarking and job evaluation methodologies (WTW knowledge is advantageous).
- Compensation Programs:
- Design, manage, and oversee local compensation programs and processes.
- Participate in the annual compensation process, collating and analysing compensation data.
- Data Management and Analysis:
- Advanced use of Excel, including v-lookup, pivot tables, and IF statements to handle large volumes of data.
- Advisory and Reporting:
- Provide expert advice on compensation matters to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
