A fantastic ongoing temporary opportunity has arisen for this Leeds based company based on the outskirts of Leeds. Working in a busy customer service team, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing inbound calls and supporting the wider team with the overflow of customer calls. As an experienced Customer Service Advisor, the successful candidate will be available immediately and be available on an ongoing basis for a minimum of 3 months

Fully office based, this role will be working 8.30-5 Monday -Friday and there is a possibility of permanent opportunities, key duties will include:

  • Managing inbound customer calls
  • Understand customer query, manage or escalate to resolve
  • Outbound calls to customers for follow up queries
  • Managing all information on CRM system
