- Providing high levels of service to customers
- Enhance customer experience and satisfaction
- Work with a customer through the entirety of their issue to ensure a smooth resolution
- Understanding�GDPR and other policies and the impact it has on customers
- Resolving customer questions and queries via phone and email
- Problem solving and providing advice
- keeping an up to date knowledge of the consumer rights act
Required
- A customer service background with proven�complaint handling�experience
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to build relationships with customers
- Not to be afraid of saying no when required
