We are looking for a Complaints Manager to start with our client immediately for a 3 Month FTC. You will support the current team with their performance, perform 1-1's, ensure KPI's are met and support where necessary.�You will ensure that all complaints are handled promptly, fairly, and in accordance with client's�policies, aiming to resolve issues and enhance customer satisfaction.

You




  • Experience in managing complaints�

  • Transferable skills from general awareness and experience of customer resolution.

  • Creative approach to problem-solving and the ability to implement effective solutions.

  • Experience in managing projects from inception to completion.

  • Ability to effectively engage and collaborate with various stakeholders.

  • Effectiveness using relevant software and tools for data analysis and reporting.
