Complaints Officer to join an
NHS service in Droitwich, Worcester on a contract basis. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in managing complaints and ensuring high standards of service delivery within the
Children, Young People, and Families (CYPF) Service, including
Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
Role Details\n- \nLocation: Droitwich, Worcester
\n- \nContract Type: Temporary (Agency)
\n- \nWorking Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Full-time)
\n- \nPay Rate: £31 Ltd (Umbrella) per hour
\n
Key Responsibilities\n- Manage and respond to complaints and enquiries in line with NHS policies and procedures.
\n- Investigate concerns raised by patients, families, and stakeholders to ensure fair and effective resolutions.
\n- Liaise with clinical teams, service managers, and external agencies to gather relevant information.
\n- Maintain accurate records of complaints, actions taken, and outcomes.
\n- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and NHS complaints policies.
\n- Provide reports and data analysis on complaint trends to support service improvements.
\n- Offer support and guidance to staff on complaints procedures and best practices.
\n
Requirements\n- \nExtensive experience working within the CYPF Service and SEND.
\n- \nExcellent communication skills, including a professional telephone manner.
\n- \nHighly organised with the ability to manage multiple cases efficiently.
\n- \nStrong computer literacy, including proficiency in spreadsheets and data management.
\n- \nAttention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
\n- \nUp-to-date DBS check and right to work in the UK.
\n
