We are currently seeking an experienced Complaints Officer (Stage 2) to join a fantastic HA based in London on a 6 Month FTC, paying £43,655.56 per annum (pro rata) and flexible working - 1 day in office and 4 days work from home.
This role involves working closely with the Head of Property Maintenance, Complaints Team, and Residents to ensure high-quality complaint investigations and resolutions.
We are especially looking for high quality and good experience and evidence of:
\n- High quality complaint investigation skills and complaint response writing at stage 2 level in Housing – this will be a major part of the role\n
\n- Working with Repairs Team and our repairs contractor to follow up on action plans committed to stage 1 of or our complaints process
\n- Analytic, critical thinking and problem solving skills
\n- Effective communicator and influencer
\n- Ability to “Get things done”
\n- Excellent report writing, spelling, grammar and a professional, empathic approach to resolving complaints.
