Austin Vita are currently recruiting a Complaints Investigation Technician for a new, 6 month contract position, supporting an established manufacturing client based in the South East. This is a great opportunity to join a fantastic business, working as part of key team to support a critical, business wide improvement programme.
As Complaints Technician Engineer, you will be working with both the Post-Market and Field Service departments to help document investigations findings, process complaints and support the root cause investigation and complaints resolution process.
Given the nature of the role, previous experience working as part of a Quality Assurance or Regulatory team, within a highly regulated/safety critical environment is highly desirable. Alongside this, experience in a role focused on technical documentation (i.e. document control, technical author) again, within a regulated environment, may also be considered.
This is an inside IR35 position, with the work to be complete on a majority remote basis (on-boarding on-site will be required, followed by the occasional visit to site.)
