As a Registered Nurse, you'll be responsible for:

• Delivering compassionate, high-quality patient care
• Utilising advanced clinical skills, including tracheostomy care, ventilator management, and seizure interventions
• Collaborating closely with the Service Manager and a multidisciplinary team (MDT)
• Updating and maintaining detailed patient care plans
• Building meaningful relationships with service users and their families
