In the role of Registered Nurse, you will:

• Provide the highest standard of patient care in a community setting

• Utilise complex clinical skills such as tracheostomy care, ventilator care, and seizure management

• Collaborate closely with the service manager and the wider multidisciplinary team

• Update and manage patient care plans
\n
• Build strong relationships with service users and their families
