About the Role:

As a Complex Care Suppot Worker, you will play a vital role in providing personalized care and support to individuals facing a range of challenges, including mental health conditions, substance misuse, and challenging behaviours. You will help empower our clients to live fulfilling lives while ensuring their safety and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality care and support to individuals with complex needs


• Assist with personal care, daily activities and emotional support


• Use your expertise to manage and address challenging behaviours effectively

Essential Requirements:

• Experience in working with individuals with mental health conditions, challenging behaviours, and substance misuse


• Complex Care Procedures Trained


• Medication Trained


• Full Driver's License


• Minimum of 1 year recent UK experience working in a complex care setting


• Right to work in the UK


• Valid PMVA / MAPPA Certificate


• Current Care Certificate
