\n\nWhat our client is looking for
\nWe are looking for dynamic complex carers to support a young man in his 30's with learning disabilities and complex care needs in his own home.
\n2:1 support for a highly complex young man who has a diagnosis of severe learning disability, Lennox-Gastaut syndrome, cerebral palsy, scoliosis and dysphagia. He has partial hearing impairment and visual impairment. Experience working with similar clients would be preferable.
\nHe is non-verbal but loves company and enjoys people watching.
\n\nDo you need experience?
\nThe ideal candidate would be reliable and flexible to work alongside a small established team. Experience working within complex care would be preferable, however training will be provided.
