COMPLEX WORKS MANAGER WITH CONTRACTOR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR A FREELANCE POSITION IN WEST LANCASHIRE 

Job Title: Complex Works Manager

Location: West Lancashire 

Day Rate: £250 - £270

Duration: Initial 4 months contract 

Overview

• Skilled Careers are working with a Contractor who is looking for a Complex Works Manager 


• The ideal Complex Works Manager will have previous experience in a managing Repairs


• This a fantastic opportunity for you to oversee a projects from start to finish and be part of a company that will give you the chance to be a main pillar for growth in West Lancashire 

Responsibilities

• Role includes managing a Repairs WIP project of Circa 1000 jobs along with delivering a kitchen programme


• Liaising with various office departments in terms of reporting their build progress, health and safety, materials, drawings and sub-contractors. 


• Supervising and motivating their sub-contractors and internal site team. 


• Ensuring that the site is managed safely and meets all Health and Safety regulations. 


• Maintaining build quality on site 

Requirements

• UK Contractor experience (Essential) 


• A proven track record in delivering Repairs projects would be advantageous 


• SMSTS 


• Asbestos Duty Awareness 


• CSCS 


• DBS
