Compliance Administrator

Work pattern: Monday - Friday - 8:30-16:30
Type: Absence Cover - 3 Month Temporary Cover
On daily basis you will be answering inbound calls from internal and external customers/contractors helping them with their repairs, servicing and maintenance queries. You will be aiming to provide a positive and safe resolution for your customer on all events. Scheduling workloads for Inspectors, prioritising jobs as well as ensuring exceptionally accurate data entry is completed to adhere to compliance regulations in housing.
