About you Must hold or be working towards CIPD Level 5 AND/OR Must hold or be working towards NEBOSH qualification Two years' experience of working in a generalist HR environment Experience of providing professional support and guidance to others to prevent or resolve issues Experience of participating and driving Organisational Compliance e.g. Health and Safety, ISO activities; to ensure adherence to standards Experience of contributing to improving practices ad/or procedures; by supporting the delivery of a modernisation project or supporting an improvement to business processes What you'll do Be responsible for maintaining records in accordance with ISO Overview Procedure and manage Freedom of Information and Data Protection requests Manage the Section 75 reporting function Undertake investigations in relation to disciplinary and grievance Support recruitment and selection processes Support the Facilities Manager in development and delivery of infrastructure management Support the Health and Safety and Environment People Partner with the promotion of a positive Health and Safety and an environmentally friendly culture across the organisation For further information on this job, or any other Human Resources job in Belfast or Northern Ireland, apply via the link or contact Emma Hall for a confidential chat today.
