About the Role:
As a Compliance Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring business operations adhere to the highest standards of regulatory compliance. You will be responsible for supporting compliance functions across various markets, with a particular focus on emerging markets. This is an office-based role in London, offering a salary of up to £50,000, where you will be at the forefront of maintaining the integrity of our financial services.
Key Responsibilities:
Efficiently tackle compliance and AML matters.
Ensure all KYC and AML requirements are meticulously met as you assist with onboarding
Develop and update compliance policies and procedures to align with evolving regulatory requirements.
Execute annual compliance testing and action plans, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
Manage transaction monitoring, keeping a vigilant eye on client activity to identify and address any risks.
Monitor PEPs and Sanctions systems and support with escalations
