Responsibilities:
Assisting in the preparation of applications for FCA authorisation and variations of permission for payments firms
Staying informed on FCA regulatory rules
Supporting the review of Financial Promotions
Compiling compliance reports upon request
Assisting with on-site compliance audits
Experience:
A relevant background in financial services compliance, and exposure to compliance in payments is advantageous. The role is also open to graduates with relevant legal degrees looking to start their career in compliance.
The ideal candidate for the Associate position will showcase the ability to manage projects from start to finish, maintain a professional demeanour, and adapt to change in this exciting role.
