Fixed Term Opportunity - FM Compliance Manager - Stoke-On-Trent - �45,000 - �50,000 + �5,000 Car Allowance + Bonus

Are you a Compliance Manager with experience of managing the compliance of hard services maintenance contracts? This role will see you working for a Global FM services provider on a prestigious PFI contract.

This is a Fixed Term contract role.

About your role

  • You will be working with the technical managers to prepare for audits (technical, internal, external, H&S etc)
  • Finding and delivering solutions to close out non-conformances, supporting account leads
  • Carrying out performance reports for each department and distil this into summary reports
  • Assist in the production of monthly reports for each site including verification for accuracy prior to issue, and a summary of key actions for compliance improvement developed
  • Preparing individual and consolidated reports for returns to Internal Audit
  • Working with the Technical Managers to identify areas of improvement and collate improvement
  • Monitor and trending of key compliance indicators producing reports to Technical Managers and account leads and lead with closure of these non-conformances
  • Assist in the development of lifecycle planning applications and submissions

About you

  • Proven experience within the PFI sector, and day-to-day operation and maintenance of varying types of buildings/premises
  • Team leadership and finance knowledge
  • Commercial and technical experience
  • HNC or HND technical
  • Suitable post qualifying relevant experience in a similar role
  • Outstanding stakeholder management skills both internally and externally
  • Excellent levels of customer service and a proactive approach to managing any issues

Candidates with IOSH or NEBOSH are highly preferred.
