Compliance Manager

Job Title:�Compliance Manager

Location:�Leeds

Salary:��42,000 - �45,000 per annum (negotiable)

Hours:�Monday to Thursday 8:45am - 5:00pm, Friday 8:45am - 4:30pm

Annual Leave:�23 days, increasing to 26 days after 5 years

Role Summary:

We are seeking a diligent and conscientious Compliance Manager to ensure our products meet quality standards and protect our brand's reputation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with BRC and ISO standards.


• Oversee and update the Quality Management System.


• Lead the HARA team and manage the site HARA plan.


• Conduct internal and external audits, addressing any issues.


• Set and monitor quality and compliance objectives.


• Manage supplier approvals and equipment calibration.


• Maintain site policies, procedures, and hygiene standards.


• Lead crisis management exercises and report compliance updates.

Skills and Attributes:

• Experience with BRC and ISO compliance.


• Strong communication and organizational skills.


• Proactive problem solver with excellent attention to detail.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


• Proficient in MS Office.
