We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Compliance and PQQ (Pre-Qualification Questionnaire) Manager to join our client, a scaffolding company. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the company complies with all relevant regulations and standards, managing the pre-qualification process, and maintaining a robust compliance framework in accordance with ISOs 9001, 14001 and 45001. This role is critical in ensuring that our operations adhere to legal standards and in securing new business opportunities through comprehensive and competitive pre-qualification submissions.

Compliance Management:

IMS Maintenance: Maintain and improve the companies Integrated Management System, with all documents controlled via the intranet using SharePoint.
Policy Development: Assist in development, implement, and maintenance of company policies and procedure.
Audits and Inspections: Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify and rectify any compliance issues. Co-ordinate external audits in support of client and certification bodies requirements.
Training and Education: Organize and conduct training sessions to ensure all employees understand and adhere to compliance requirements.
Reporting: Prepare and present compliance reports to senior management and external regulatory bodies as required.
Certification: Ensure that all the certification requirements for the company are up to date.
Pre-qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) Management
Oversee the entire PQQ process, including document preparation, bid support and comms with potential clients and contractors.
Qualifications
Min of 5 years compliance management and/or PQQ management and preferably experience within the construction or scaffolding sector
