Key Responsibilities for Compliance Manager:
Customer Support and Service:
Oversee customer service to ensure high-quality end-to-end process fulfillment.
Manage the Customer Service Team for smooth customer experiences from application review through certification/surveillance/recertification.
Manage team performance.
Compliance Administration:
Manage the Compliance and Customer Administrator to ensure delivery of activities.
Review processes, adapt plans based on feedback, and maintain compliance records.
Oversee documentation filing and support the Operations Director with training materials and best practices.
Develop, implement, and maintain policies and procedures, ensuring up-to-date management systems.
Internal Audit:
Project manage internal audits, ensuring regular execution and reporting.
