- Their structure and working environment is split into multiple small and highly integrated teams that all contain high degree of operational knowledge. There is a dependency on the capability and knowledge of each member across the different teams.
- The company have realized that they need to increase the robustness of their processes by adapting the business to make them more “auditable”.
- As part of this change, the company are setting up a new team/department.
- The team will aim to introduce new and improve existing processes and procedures that will stand up to internal and external audits.
The Role
- The Compliance Manager will be spearheading business change across the company that has major external impacts on the Rail industry and wider London area.
- The role will be making crucial changes that will add to the sustainability of the business. In essence, you will be future proofing the business and its operations.
- Your role will hold a high degree of autonomy.
- You will be a founding member of a new team & division in the company.
Ideal candidate
- Change or Process Improvement experience
- Good understand to business operations and how businesses typically are ran.
- Proven experience of auditing or improvement related activity
- Engaging and Patient Communicator
