Compliance Officer - Fixed Income Investment Manager

Job DescriptionMiryco Consultants are working with a fixed income investment manager looking to add a second line Investment Compliance Officer to their team. This role assists with monitoring, investment guidelines and regulatory advisory, and compliance matters across the group with a focus on fixed income assets.Responsibilities:Perform ongoing investment management monitoring tasks including: pre and post trade compliance, best execution, identification of potential market abuse and PA Dealing.Develop and maintain policies and procedures to comply with the regulatory requirements and best practice within the investment management industry.Provide assurance that regulatory requirements and other compliance policies are adhered to.Assist in the development and delivery of the 2nd line assurance plan.Requirements:Strong understanding of the financial services industry and its regulatory environment - specifically fixed income investment regulations.Experience of working in a complaince related role covering investment activity.Experience delivering on monitoring plans, as well as liaising with third parties and senior management.Location: City of LondonSalary: Up to £100,000Please note, our client is unable to offer sponsorship for this opportunity.
