Computational Geometry Engineer

We are currently searching for a Computational Geometry Engineer to join a rapidly growing SaaS business. The role provides flexibility with the ability to work remotely if outside of the London region.

Responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring the improvement of geometric algorithms.


• Optimising performance of existing algorithms.


• Implementing new solutions in consideration of customer requirements.


• Ensuring assistance and cooperation with the customer success team in regard to client projects when a requirement.

Requirements

• An ideal candidate will have a background in software engineering and geometry.


• A Degree in a relevant discipline.


• Experiences in introducing solutions to geometric problems.


• Experiences or examples of previous work in computational geometry.


• Algorithm optimisation and knowledge of algorithms with an ability to develop algorithms.


• Experiences with JAVA.


• Version control systems experience GIT.


• Problem-solving with great organisation skills.


• CAD Software package experiences.


• Ideal candidate will also have exposure to 3D Printing / Additive Manufacturing.�
