Role: Computer Science Teacher

Location: Rochdale

Qualiteach is currently looking for a skilled teacher of computer science to work at a local secondary school in the Rochdale�area. The role is due to begin on 28/10/2024 and is offered on a full-time, long-term basis until the end of the academic year.

The position will involve teaching computer science at KS3 & KS4 and prior experience teaching at both levels is essential.

Key Requirements:

• Ability to teach computer science up to and including KS4


• A passion for computing


• Ability to create and deliver engaging lessons


• Good behaviour management strategies


• Flexible approach


• Ability to engage with a wide array of students


• Hold PGCE with QTS or equivalent


• Have right to work in the UK


• Have an enhanced DBS certificate on the update service
