Concrete finisher in Margate ( CT9 area)

Role Details:

• Location:�Margate (CT9 area) for 3 weeks then to Maidstone with ongoing works


• Start Date:�20/03/#####


• Duration:�Ongoing


• Working Hours:�Monday to Friday, 07:30-17:30


• Pay Rate:��17 per hour (depending on experience and CSCS card)

We are seeking a reliable concrete finisher. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced ground worker to work with a large housing ground work company in Sussex, London, Essex and Kent

Role Overview:

As a Concrete finisher you will be required to be hands on with the works stated below and have experience and good knowledge of these requirements.

Key Responsibilities and works:

• Experience in carrying out all aspects of concreting and finishing is�essential


• Experience in blinding, power floating and tamp finishing is�essential


• Experience of concrete prepping for ground beams, pile capping, dropped cages and core decking is also�essential.


• Following all health and safety procedures


• the works in Margate will be for approximately 3 weeks, with followed on continuing work at Maidstone for on going works.

Requirements:

• Must have CSCS card (ideally blue) but experience is the essential part


• Experience as a concrete finisher is essential


• PPE will be provided.


• Strong attention to safety and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
