Conformance Engineer (Quality)

We are recruiting for a Quality Conformance Engineer to join an established Manufacturing business based in the Coventry area. The Conformance Engineer will report into the Quality Manager and will be responsible for�ensuring that customer requirements and expectations are accurately identified to meet customer and company requirements.

��As the Quality Conformance Engineer you will be required too:

� * Assessing the product in accordance with specifications and customer requirements

� * 3D scanning of products for production, development and new parts

� * Carry out visual & dimensional quality checks

� *�Assist with material movement

� * Carry out dimensional checks as required

� * Carry out dimensional checks

� * Inspect and verify product quality

� *�Problem solving and putting corrective actions in place

��Requirements:

��*�Experience & knowledge of production processes

�* A good understanding of metrology & GD&T (Customer drawings and specifications)

�*�Experience of 3D product scanning (Faro Arm/handheld scanners)

�*��Experience in CNC Machining/aluminium die castings)

� * CMM experience

� * Analytical and attention to detail

� * Able to lift heavy items

� * Experience in a manufacturing (Automotive) environment would be an advantage
