We are searching for a diligent Construction Admin who can help streamline our operations within the Property industry. This temporary role, based in Nottingham, will fill a maternity leave absence and is vital to maintaining the smooth operations of our Secretarial & Business Support department.

Description

  • Assist in the coordination of various construction projects
  • Handle administrative tasks such as data entry and record keeping
  • Manage communications between the department and external parties
  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of construction-related documents
  • Coordinate meetings and manage construction schedules
  • Monitor supplies and place orders when necessary
  • Follow all safety regulations and guidelines
  • Perform other administrative duties as required by the department

Profile

A successful Construction Admin should have:
