We are searching for a diligent Construction Admin who can help streamline our operations within the Property industry. This temporary role, based in Nottingham, will fill a maternity leave absence and is vital to maintaining the smooth operations of our Secretarial & Business Support department.

Description
- Assist in the coordination of various construction projects
- Handle administrative tasks such as data entry and record keeping
- Manage communications between the department and external parties
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of construction-related documents
- Coordinate meetings and manage construction schedules
- Monitor supplies and place orders when necessary
- Follow all safety regulations and guidelines
- Perform other administrative duties as required by the department
Profile
A successful Construction Admin should have:
