Construction Contracts Manager

Our client is a Main Contractor in the New Build and Refurbishment in the Social Housing sector. Due to expansion, they are looking to appoint 2 x Contracts Managers to oversee Planned Maintenance and Social Housing along with Cladding and Fire Remedial Works.You will be the main point of contact for clients, will build /maintain relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:Manage and oversee multiple refurbishment projects from inception to completion.Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and supply chain.Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope of works, and within budget.Monitor project progress, identifying and mitigating risk.Coordinate and manage site teams, ensuring adherence to health and safety standards.Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure quality control.Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management.Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.Requirements:Proven background in Planned Maintenance, FRA Works, and Cladding.Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team members.Proficient in using project management software and tools.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.On offer is a basic salary of between £80,000 - £90,000 per annum, £6.5k car allowance, pension, healthcare, annual leave entitlement, bonus and package.
