CONSTRUCTION COUNSEL - UTILITIES COMPANY
My client is a utilities company based in the south east, who are looking for a construction lawyer to join the team.
This established legal offering has 9 lawyers working within the company, who each have varying experience and specialisms, ensuring the utilities company has all the legal services is required internally.
Given the nature of the utilities company there is constant investment into their infrastructure and as such the in house legal team need to have a construction lawyer to deal with all of these matters. The investment they have also means there is a lot of exciting work to be done over the next five years.
The success candidate will likely have:
A minimum of 3PQE as a construction lawyer,
Non contentious construction experience,
Good experience in standard form contracts, particularly NEC.
Prior in house experience is not essential and construction lawyers working in private practice that are looking to move in house are encouraged to apply.
A highly competitive salary and good benefits are on offer.
