Construction Director - Commercial Fit Out

Shore Executive have been appointed on behalf of a £60 Million + turnover Main Contractor to recruit a Construction Director to oversee and lead their commercial fitout project.
Our client is seeking a delivery expert with vast experience executing cut and carve projects which will include both CAT A and B. As Construction Director you will oversee a portfolio of up to 6 projects between £8 -35 million which will include overseeing the pre-construction, design and delivery stages.
A large part of your role will be managing both the client and professional relationships as well as ensuring the aftercare service of each project is handled with etiquette and finesse.
This position would suit those wishing to excel their career within a growing and ambitious company with a passion for delivery and a strong desire to progress to an Operations Director.
Due to the nature of the position, you will ideally match the following:
Experience of working for a Tier 1 Main Contractor executing and leading office fit out projects – project values £10 Million - £40 Million
Experience of overseeing a tendering process
Previously managed at least 2 office projects simultaneously
Experience of both CAT A and B
Already operating at Director level
Experience of leading large delivery teams
Able to confidently engage with external professionals such as Architects and Consultants
