Construction Director opportunity working for a major tier one main contractor who operate across UK with a big focus on commercial, MOD, AWE and residential sectors for projects in excess of �250million.

About the role of Construction Director:

This Construction Director will be leading a large AWE project in excess of �300million and reporting into a Project Director.

Responsibilities for Construction Director:

• This Construction Director will report into the Project Director and have a large team reporting into them made up of project managers and site managers.
• Full responsibility for running a major scheme which will be a mix of steel and RC frame high rise as well as some commercial buildings with a combined value of �370million
• Keeping on top of the programme, driving quality and ensuring the commercial, operations and design is on track.
• Working closely with the Project Director to ensure client satisfaction and ensuring the teams are reaching their full potential.

Requirements for Construction Director:

• Looking for a true leader who can make decisions, be solution led, has good attention to detail and be a strong character.
• Looking for a Construction Director who has well rounded knowledge and potentially have come from an Engineering background.
• This Construction Director will be driven and someone looking to push on with their career.
