Inside IR35 (PAYE / Umbrella)Project info: Green Hydrogen Recruitment Partner: AirswiftAccount Manager: Sam BorgognoRole synopsisCurrently responsible for the design, construction and operation of safe and sustainable complex infrastructure and plants. We are looking for a Construction Engineer who will be responsible for the management of the construction works of a large tanks and containers for a Green Hydrogen Project. Key AccountabilitiesPrioritise and enforce safety protocols and practise throughout the project to minimise risk and ensure safe working environment. Implement quality control measures to ensure construction works meet the required quality standards and specifications Accountable for safe, compliant delivery of the designed activities and steps within the construction/commissioning procedures defined as per the quality expectations of the projectDesign Coordination: Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure that the works meet technical specifications.Monitor Project progress, tracking milestones and address any delays or deviations from the schedule to ensure timely project completion. Support chargers roll out against installation performance management targets as per the overall project schedule.Support Construction manager for budgets for subcontracted works, establish the construction budget & progress control and reporting. Education/Experience:HNC / HND or equivalent in Engineering such as Civil, Mechanical or E&I 5+ years of working in Construction & Commissioning rolesEssential experience:A strong track record in project delivery or in supporting complex Project management involving Civil Works, Steel Structures, Piping, Reinforced Concrete, TanksAn understanding of the standards and protocols of the industryAn understanding of industry standards Desirable ExperienceCryogenic Tanks Major Infrastructure or industrial project experience 5+ years’ experience in mid to large scale engineering projects
