Location: (Hybrid Role) Hampshire based with travel South of the UK to customer sites
Hours of work: 8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday to Friday
Role Responsibilities:

• Conduct accurate building estimates for a range of projects within the portfolio
• Provide information and prepare and compilation of proposal submissions
• Obtaining specialist subcontractor costs
• Attend site visits as required across the UK as part of the bid process
• Update Pipeline Reporting System and to contribute to the generation of BD Management information reports
• Progressing submitted tenders and assist in formulation of tender returns
• Measurement of performance versus contracted requirements
• Identification of a broad range of cost saving initiatives in line with contractual obligations
• Interactions with client organisations as required, providing meaningful reports and proactive data and information.

The successful candidate:

• Educated to HNC/HND standard (or equivalent)
• Ideally have experience in Data Centre projects
• Experience working in an Estimating role within the Construction/Facilities Management industry
• Excellent time management
• Relevant experience of estimating within a main contractor
• Proficient IT Skills to include, Word, Powerpoint and EXCEL
• Must have driving licence to travel to sites
