Caddy Group are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Construction Estimator to join our client's team. This role involves working on refurbishment, design, and build projects within the healthcare and education sectors in the South East.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing detailed cost estimates for construction projects


• Analysing project plans and specifications


• Collaborating with project managers, architects, and clients


• Ensuring accuracy and completeness of project bids

Qualifications and Experience:

• Proven experience as a Construction Estimator, preferably in healthcare and education sectors


• Strong knowledge of construction processes and materials


• Excellent analytical and mathematical skills


• Proficiency in estimation software and tools
