Job DescriptionAbout the JobWe are exclusively instructed by an ambitious Central London-based law firm, looking for a Construction Partner to join its expanding practice.The firm is a leading law firm providing specialist advice to corporations and individuals and with an impressive list of clients. The firm has been instructed large-scale construction matters, across a diverse including acting for and against construction professionals, employers, and contractors on a mix of transport, engineering, energy and infrastructure projects in the UK.The Construction Partner will have a good understanding of the complex construction contracts and be able to lead on these matters when appropriate, managing a team of junior associates if required. You will also be required to take the lead on business development opportunities including managing client relationships and leading key client accounts. The ideal candidate would have extensive knowledge and strong experience in Construction matters , adjudications, arbitrations, and a good working knowledge of the principal standard forms for construction contracts. As this is a partner/senior opportunity, you will need to possess strong networking skills and the ability to generate leads.
