Construction Site Manager
£70,000- £80,000 per year

Location: Hull
We are seeking a skilled Construction Site Manager with mechanical background to oversee the development and delivery of EPC activities, ensuring they meet key targets of time, cost, quality, and HSE as agreed by the business. The ideal candidate should possess extensive civil and electrical experience, with a strong background in site construction management and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Prioritise Safety, Health & Environmental protection in all construction activities
Lead the project HSE Team for managing HSE activities during construction and commissioning phases
Act as the Principal Contractor under the CDM Regulations
Manage construction hazards and key risks to minimise project impact
Lead the construction team to successfully deliver project requirements
Collaborate with key customer plant personnel to align construction plan with standards and requirements
Provide construction support for commissioning activities
Define construction estimates and manage expenditure within budget
Ensure construction meets quality standards and test requirements
Experience & Qualifications:
Experience in EPC contracts (Civil & Construction)
Budget management and financial controls
Mechanical experience
Subcontractor management experience
HND/C in relevant discipline
Accredited CSCS and SCO 91 certified
APMP accreditation (desirable)
NEC4 Accredited Project Manager (desirable)
