MK Search are proud to be working alongside a leading M&E Contactor who currently turn over �1.3bn per annum and have a seriously strong presence across all sectors on a global basis.

Our client are currently looking to engage with Construction Managers that come from a civils background to oversee works on the �15 million pound healthcare frameworks project in Derby.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a tier 1 contractor who put progression at the forefront of their business whilst being able to work on some very distinct 7 prestigious projects.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, monitor, and coordinate construction work, in line with the project delivery strategy


• Provide technical construction expertise/advice throughout the project lifecycle


• Provide management and governance to maintain and promote high personal standards in environment, safety, health, security and quality


• Ensure the construction management standards, procedures and work instructions governing construction are followed


• Ensure construction teams are appropriately organised and that key personnel are competent to undertake their roles


• Overseeing & Managing subcontractors


• Responsible for toolbox talks
