Company & Project:�A successful and profitable Main Contractor with a long track record of delivering projects in Cambridge have a new requirement for a Construction Planner to join their business on a c�70m new project due to start on site in January 2025.�
They require an exceptional construction professional to offer on-site planning on a flagship Mixed-Use project in the local area.
Duties & Responsibilities:�The successful candidate will take responsibility for leading on-site programme updates with the project lead,�project planning, including programme controls, project review, cost and risk analysis�
The successful Construction Planner will have a good construction methodology and ASTA PowerProject software experience.�
Desirable Experience:
- Experience working in a pure planning role.�

- Degree or HND/HNC or BTEC qualified in either BSc Construction Management, Civil Engineering or comparable/similar.�

- Strong IT skills and experience using ASTA PowerProject would be advantageous.�

- Previous Roles: Project Planner OR Senior Planner OR Construction Planner OR Assistant Planner OR Trainee Planner.
Qualifications & Skills:�Degree in Construction Management, HNC/HND or BTEC - or comparable construction qualification. ASTA PowerProject software experience.�
