Job SummaryWe are delighted to be working with one of our long standing clients who requires a Construction Manager/Project Manager to join their in-house team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a major European developer who have an established operation in London and moving into the next phase of their growth. You will be working alongside a Development Lead and responsible for the project delivery of a number of live London based residential led schemes. The role will best suit a grounded, hands on person  with previous site experience looking for the latitude and autonomy to deliver high quality projects as part of this small development team. You must have experience of construction management overseeing crucial stages of project development such as planning, scheduling, budgeting, quality control, and safety, among other things.
