My client is a fast-growing QSR / Fast food business with HUGE growth plans.As a result, they are looking for a Senior Project Manager to help drive the growth.Reporting to our Property Director, you'll be instrumental in delivering new builds to the highest standards, ensuring they are completed on time and setting the operations team up for successful openings.This field-based role covers the Midlands/Northern region and requires a proactive, solution-oriented individual with a solid background in construction and project management.Key Responsibilities:Site Assessment: Collaborate with the acquisitions team to evaluate potential new build sites and perform thorough technical assessments.Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to streamline projects through the design and costing phase.Contractor Engagement: Identify and hire reliable contractors, suppliers, and vendors for the construction phase.Construction Supervision: Oversee on-site build dates, ensuring construction progresses on schedule and meets quality standards.Compliance Inspections: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.Financial Oversight: Manage financial aspects of each project, including cost control, expense tracking, and budget management.Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with internal teams, stakeholders, and relevant authorities throughout the project lifecycle.Survey Management: Oversee necessary surveys to identify potential challenges that may impact project timelines.Timely Delivery: Ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget constraints.Qualifications and Skills:Proven experience as a project manager in property development or construction.Strong knowledge of building infrastructure requirements (power, water, drainage, HVAC) and relevant surveys (asbestos, drainage).Familiarity with construction regulations, permits, and compliance standards.Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities to work effectively with contractors, vendors, and internal teams.Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to tackle unforeseen challenges.Financial acumen and proficiency in budget management to deliver projects within financial constraints.Project management certifications are advantageous.Experience with QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) or retail space construction is beneficial.If you’re ready to take on a challenging role that plays a vital part in the company’s growth, apply now to join a dynamic team!
