Location: Wakefield
Salary: £50-60k
Our client specialises in high end Stone and Brick work (restoration works, cladding, remedials, repairs etc) on some of the most prestigious commercial and residential schemes in the UK, as such they require an experienced individual to join their management team and take a leading role in the planning and delivery of these schemes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning and Scheduling: Develop comprehensive project plans, define scope, and establish objectives to ensure successful project execution.
- Budget Management: Oversee project budgets, ensuring financial targets are met and costs are controlled.
- Resource Allocation: Efficiently allocate resources to optimize project performance and ensure timely delivery.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and outcomes.
- Quality Control: Maintain high standards of quality across all project phases, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client expectations.
- Communication: Foster effective communication among stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and team members, to ensure project alignment and progress.
- Contract Management: Oversee contract negotiations and administration, ensuring all contractual obligations are met.
- Safety Management: Implement and uphold stringent safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all project participants.
- Accurate Record Keeping: Maintain detailed and accurate project documentation, ensuring all records are up-to-date and easily accessible.

What We Need From You:
Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager, with a main contractor background.
Restoration project experience is a distinct advantage.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Solid understanding of construction processes, safety standards, and legal regulations.
