This is a key role within a dynamic delivery team, responsible for managing a portfolio of capital expansion and new build projects. /p p As part of the project management team, you’ll oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget, while maintaining the highest quality standards. You will work closely with internal cross-functional teams and external partners, driving project success and contributing to the overall growth of the business. /p p strong Key Responsibilities: /strong /p ul li Manage large capital expansion and new build projects in London. /li li Mitigate risks and lead both internal and external project teams. /li li Oversee day-to-day project management, ensuring effective collaboration with cross-functional teams. /li li Administer contracts, manage change processes, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards. /li li Produce high-quality reports, manage project meetings, and communicate effectively with all stakeholders. /li li Lead procurement stages, ensuring contractors deliver as per agreed scope and program. /li li Monitor construction quality, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. /li /ul p strong Key Requirements: /strong /p ul li Proven experience in construction project management, ideally in the data center sector. /li li Strong understanding of health and safety legislation, best practices, and modern construction techniques. /li li Technical expertise in mechanical and electrical services, BMS, and security systems. /li li Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage scope, cost, time, quality, and risk. /li li Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams. /li li Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. /li /ul p If you’re ready to lead critical construction projects and be part of a forward-thinking team, we’d love to hear from you! /p
