Our client is a reputable London based contractor who specialises in structural alterations. They are now on the lookout for a
Construction Project Manager
for one of their upcoming projects based in the Brighton area.
Location: Brighton
Duration: 17 weeks
Scope of work: Structural alterations, concrete, steel work and drainage.
Rate: £300 - £340 per day (depending upon experience)
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Construction PM or Senior PM on a similar project
Cut & Carve Project experience – essential
Professional qualifications
Ability to deal with main contractors and other stakeholders
Fully competent in H&S.
CSCS Black Card is desirable
Excellent leadership, organisational and communication skills.
Can work to tight deadlines and budgets
Good IT skills with the ability to produce programmes, reports and comply with all record keeping in line with industry standards and Company procedures.
