Construction Site Manager

Clearpath Recruitment are looking for a Site Manager for our client in Cambridge�to start as soon as possible.

Our client is a leading contractor for systematised multi-storey car parks, specialising in the design and construction of contemporary parking facilities. With a track record of hundreds of successful projects across Europe and the UK, they are a recognised Design & Build contractor in the car parking market.

The Site Manager will supervise construction sites, oversee site operations, communicate with team members and stakeholders, conduct inspections, and maintain construction safety standards. This role involves managing projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion within budget and quality standards.

Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience in site management.


• Strong supervisory skills and site supervision experience.


• Excellent communication and coordination skills.


• Experience in conducting inspections and ensuring construction safety.


• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.


• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.


• Knowledge of construction regulations and building codes.


• Relevant certifications/skills cards in construction management.

Personal Profile:

• Relevant construction experience, preferably in heavy construction (concrete, steel, etc.).


• Understanding of construction execution.


• Positive, self-assured, and motivated; able to manage operatives on site.


• Productive, flexible, and eager to learn.


• A natural leader, motivating and inspiring.


• Willingness to travel across the country and abroad is a plus.
