Site Manager – Prime Residential Refurbishments + New builds - Oxford A successful, well regarded prime refurbishment and new build main contractor are seeking a Site Manager to help deliver on a recently acquired scheme. The Site Manager will work alongside a team that have delivered some incredibly complex and valuable refurbishment schemes throughout Prime Central London and in the Home Counties. They’re current turnover sits around £50 million, with several arms to their business and a project pipeline extending into 2027 – they’re in a great place. They also have the fortunate of a lot of negotiated work, so you’re not sat on a project that has been won by under-pricing the job, constantly battling site teams and subcontractors – there is profit built in for every element of the supply chain, creating a more collaborative working environment.The Site Manager role High-End refurbishment or New build experience is essential.You’ll be based on a £5 million refurbishment / extension just north of Oxford.The site team will report directly to you and you’ll be assisted by a visiting contracts manager.
