We are looking for experienced Site Managers to join our highly successful team working on exciting petrol filing station refurbishment and EV installation projects throughout the UK.Overview of ResponsibilitiesResponsible for the safe and proper management of siteManaging site activities, ensuring compliance with specification, drawings and relevant standardsEnsuring the company H&S policies and procedures are adhered to at all timesCompletion of project specific documentationCommunicating with team members throughout the project from pre-contract to handoverOn site management of labour, materials, sub-contractors and wasteTaking ownership of commercial issuesEnsuring all projects are completed to the expected levels of qualityRepresent the company in a positive and professional mannerSkills, Knowledge & ExperienceExperience of working within the construction industry for a main contractorSound knowledge of construction methods, H&S and legal regulationsAbility to work to tight deadlines to consistently deliver safe and efficient projects on timeAbility to use initiative with a strong attention to detailLogical and organised, with the ability to lead and motivate a teamExcellent IT skillsFull UK driving licence, CSCS and SMSTS For more information about the company please visit www.williamsbuild.com
