Construction Site Manager

Our client is a reputable principal contractor who offer a full construction service across a variety of sectors including: commercial, retail, distribution, residential and education. They have recently secured a new retail project in Hendon, London and require an experienced Site Manager for this project. Start date: 24/08/24 Duration: Minimum of 2 weeks but could be extended to 4 months depending upon experience Hours/Shifts: 8:00am-6:00pmScope of work: Strip out and fit out of a retail storePay: £240-280 per day Criteria:Valid CSCS management qualification SMSTS & first aid qualifications Previous experience as a Site Manager on a similar project Retail fit out experience – desirable Ability to work closely with sub contractors on the project Strong leadership and communication skills.
