Job Description Construction Solicitor - Non-Contentious, 4-6 PQE About our client Our client is looking for a talented associate with 4-6 years' PQE to join their esteemed construction team on a permanent basis. The Role The role is primarily non-contentious, but a solid understanding of disputes and innovative problem-solving is valued. Responsibilities include advising employers on building contracts, assisting the Property and Banking teams with construction aspects of various agreements, and advising contractors and industry professionals. The ideal candidate will have strong academics, technical expertise, and excellent communication skills. While contentious experience is advantageous, it is not a requirement.
